Welcome to Reboot Hub Ltd. By accessing our services, submitting a device for repair, or interacting with our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you understand, accept, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Service Scope

Reboot Hub Ltd provides professional gadget repair services including, but not limited to, smartphones, laptops, tablets, consoles, accessories, diagnostics, and software support.
All services are performed based on the information provided by the customer and the condition of the device at the time of inspection.

3. Device Inspection & Diagnosis

  • All devices are inspected before repair begins.
  • Diagnostic fees may apply and are non-refundable.
  • Hidden or additional faults discovered during repair may require customer approval before proceeding.

4. Repair Authorization

By submitting a device, you authorize Reboot Hub Ltd to perform the necessary repairs, testing, and diagnostics required to restore functionality.

5. Data Responsibility

While we take precautions during repairs, Reboot Hub Ltd is not responsible for data loss.
Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting any device for repair.

6. Turnaround Time

Estimated repair times are provided as guidelines only. Delays may occur due to part availability, technical complexity, or unforeseen issues.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on inspection results and repair complexity.
  • Full or partial payment may be required before service completion.
  • All payments must be made before device collection.

8. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the specific part repaired or replaced.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, power surges, misuse, or unauthorized repairs after service completion.

9. Unclaimed Devices

Devices not collected within 30 days after repair completion may be considered abandoned. Reboot Hub Ltd reserves the right to dispose of or resell such devices to recover service costs.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate information about the device issue.
  • Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and accessories before submission.
  • Collect devices promptly after repair completion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Reboot Hub Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing faults or manufacturer defects.
  • Data loss or software corruption.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for devices that are unsafe, illegally obtained, severely damaged beyond repair, or violate applicable laws.

13. Privacy & Confidentiality

All customer information is handled with confidentiality and used solely for service delivery in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

Reboot Hub Ltd may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
